David Lee Bryant, age 69, of Davenport, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the Ivy of Davenport. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
David was born on July 17, 1954, in Davenport to Jack and Janis Bryant. He graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1972. David worked for Beeline for several years, and also drove truck before becoming disabled. David liked playing softball in his younger years, as well as fishing, hunting, and playing bingo, cards, and games. He also had a love for dogs, the Chicago Cubs, and NASCAR.
David is survived by his siblings, Julie Bryant and Jean Bryant, both of Bettendorf, Jacklyn (Jeff) Knaack of Davenport, and Jim Bryant of Davenport; aunts, and cousins; and special friends Barb and Linda from the Ivy.
David was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
The family would like to give special thanks to everyone from Compassus for the special care they provided David while at the Ivy.
